Message Six. August 7, 2012, Tuesday: Evening Sacrifice
You have been saved for such a time as this and have rightly spoken, 'an arrow hidden in the quiver of the Lord.'
Soon and very soon, the arrow will be taken out of the quiver, placed in the bow of My Spirit, and propelled to the place I have chosen, even to the mark I have selected in the center of the target I have ordained. This arrow carries the flame of the fire of My glory. Again and again in the valleys, the temptation was there to draw back and to give up, but again and again this was opportunity given by My hand for your commitment to be tested; for the Word's sake to glorify Me and for the sake of My Name. Each time in the valley, even in the valley of the shadow of death where darkness arose in the dark of the night, the hearts of the remnant once again chose to believe Me and My Word and arose, standing in faith even in a greater way.
This is the evening sacrifice: that one would lay down his life not only for his friends, but also for his enemies. One would come before Me to intercede in that which I lead. I have those who are Mine that I will call up into the heavenly tabernacle to fellowship with Me at the mercy seat - the place of covenant - and eat the bread [and] drink the wine of my table of covenant. At this place will I give forth revelation of that which is to be an intercession where one is in agreement with Me and My son Who is the high priest and lives eternally to intercede on behalf of all those I have given to Him. It is here in the light of His glory [where] things are clearly seen. I will carry you into the future of the unknown and cause it to be made known so you may come into agreement with Me.
This is the place of righteous judgment, for here is where hearts are rightly discerned and the body of Christ rightly seen. I have called you to intercession on My behalf and to pray that which I give to you, prophesy that which I say to you, and declare that which I declare. Your pro-vision is in My vision. It is true there is no lack in Me, for I am Jehovah Jireh. If Abraham had not believed me for the promise, there would have been no worship of sacrifice, but he did believe Me and I counted it before him as righteousness. He did offer up his son who was the son and seed of promise. He did not withhold anything from Me, for he believed in the God of resurrection and knew My power to do everything I promised to him. This is the evening sacrifice of worship – to withhold nothing from Me, to believe Me and My Words, and to know I Am Resurrection with the power to fulfill every promise I have made to you.
Few have taken the time to see the path I ordain, but you have. This is a remnant I have saved unto myself, [a remnant] who know Me and know that I know them. These are the special forces who stand on My Word – tested, tired and unknown to man; but known by Me. This is the season I am calling out to those for a time of worship. At the evening sacrifice, I will cause great and mighty things to happen, for My presence is there. I am directing your path. Do not worry and do not grow anxious, for this is My vision, My plan, My purpose, and My glory!
This is the sixth message – the time of the evening sacrifice. Worship Me, says the Lord, worship Me. Surrender all to me and withhold nothing. I am your all, your very supply; for I am the Lord and I have need of it.
