Salvation Prayer Page

If you have not made Jesus the Lord of your life, please take a moment and consider:

Myths:

1. You will automatically go to heaven if you go to church or your family goes to church.
   
2. The only reason you need Jesus is to get into heaven.
   
3. This is just another religion.  They are all basically the same.
   
4. If I am a good person, I will automatically go to heaven.
   
5. I have plenty of time.  There's no need for me to do this now.
   
6. God can't be real because bad things happen to good people.
   

Truths:

1. Salvation requires a personal commitment and prayer.
   
2. We need Jesus every day in the here and now, not just for the afterlife.
   
3. Jesus is the ONLY one that rose from the dead and is still alive.
   
4. We must be forgiven of our sins, and we are all sinners.  Have you ever lied?
   
5. Everything can change in a second.  We could die instantly.  We need Jesus now.
   
6. God gave us free will.  We have an enemy that steals, kills, and destroys.
   

Jesus came that we might have LIFE and life more abundantly. (John 10:10)  He is waiting on you today.  

How do I receive salvation and help for today?
If you are ready to allow Jesus into your life, say and agree with this prayer:

Lord Jesus, I come to You today and ask You to be Lord of my life.  Forgive me of my sins.  I believe you are the living Son of God and that You died for me.  Change my heart and help me to walk with You so I can know You as my best friend and my Lord.  Amen

If you sincerely prayed that prayer today, you can rest in knowing that it was heard in heaven.  CONGRATULATIONS!  You are now a new person in Christ Jesus!!!
