I heard this phrase, "Command the Power," while in the Sunday morning service at Grace Worship Center. When I stepped to the front to speak what I had just heard, I understood that there was more. This is the word which came forth: "Command the Power! Do not petition for that which has already been given to you. Worship God, Worship God, Worship God!"
The Holy Spirit had been speaking to me about the writing of Ephesians and Paul's immediate purpose for the believers and his heartfelt prayers for them. He desired for all to advance in faith, love, wisdom and revelation of the Father of Glory. He wanted lives that would be lived worthy of Jesus Christ who is Lord. He purposed that they would seek out the revelation which would strengthen their faith and lay a strong spiritual foundation as the revelation of the fullness of God's eternal purpose of redemption for each believer and the church as his body.
Today, we can glean from the rich overflow of Paul's relationship with the Father and Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit as he prayed for believers while he was a prisoner on behalf of Christ. It was Paul who prayed that our hearts would be opened to revelation and understanding of the "Eternal Covenant" and the relationship that God had with his Son.

Through this glorious relationship of unity between the Father and Son and the Son's obedience to the Father, we now have an invitation to join with them in covenant, kingdom, grace and every blessing that is in Christ Jesus. We are united as one in them to receive all he predestined for us. God has chosen that the mysteries of the Kingdom be revealed by the Holy Spirit, as he is a deposit to guarantee our inheritance. All of this is to the praise of God's glory!
We cannot move in anything we do not hear, believe, see and receive. This study will open the eyes of our heart to understand the mysteries of God and the relationship of the Father with the Son. When we have revelation knowledge of this relationship then we get the picture of what they - the Father and the Son, desire to do in us and through us; and all they have given to us to God's glory. We are invited to the Covenant Table through grace that has been extended to us and is received by us through faith.
As we study the scriptures which are given to us for revelation knowledge also to point us to Christ, who is one with the Father, we are made to see into the eternal realm and gain the perspective of our Lord and God. With this super-natural understanding we move into the eternal realm with great faith and trust in all we are assigned to do knowing it is not by our might or our power but by the Spirit of God as he dwells within us manifesting himself as he wills to the Glory of God! Truly God has raised us up and we have been seated with him in heavenly places to show forth the riches of his grace expressed in his loving kindness to us in Christ Jesus.
May the truth of God be a living reality to us and the lies of the enemy be exposed as we venture forth to receive Revelation and to "Command the Power!"
