Declaration
I believe the Heavenly Tabernacle is and was eternal; so it has always been in heaven just as the Lamb of God was slain before the creation of the world. The blood of the Lamb of God is the blood of the ETERNAL COVENANT and the names of the redeemed were written in the Lamb's Book of Life then by the blood of the Eternal Covenant. Jesus has always been the High Priest of the Heavenly Tabernacle (Hebrews 5:6, 8-10; 7:1, 15-17; Psalm 110:4).
Jesus lives forever and has a permanent priesthood. He is able to save completely those who come to God through him because his work was finished on the cross and he always lives to intercede for them. (Hebrews 7:23-25). The Old Testament Tabernacle in the earth was a prophetic type of the Eternal Tabernacle (Hebrews 9:8, 11, 23-24, 27-28).
Jesus has always been: 1) The Word, 2) The High Priest, 3) The Lamb, and 4) The Son. It was in the fullness of time that this was manifested in the earth so that through his blood the Covenant was ratified, our inheritance released and our eternal redemption obtained (Hebrews 9:11-12, 14-16, 23-28).
His resurrection by the God of Peace, through the Blood of the Eternal Covenant, brought back the LORD Jesus from the dead (Hebrews 13:20). This was proof that the perfect sacrifice was accepted (Hebrews 10:5-7, 10, 12). He then ascended back to the Father and is seated at His right hand.

Hebrews 5:6-9 New International Version (NIV)
6 And he says in another place “You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.
8 Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered 9 and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him 10 and was designated by God to be high priest in the order of Melchizedek."
Hebrews 7:1, 15-17 New International Version (NIV)
1 This Melchizedek was king of Salem and priest of God Most High. He met Abraham returning from the defeat of the kings and blessed him,
15 And what we have said is even more clear if another priest like Melchizedek appears, 16 one who has become a priest not on the basis of a regulation as to his ancestry but on the basis of the power of an indestructible life. 17 For it is declared: “You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.”
Hebrews 9:8, 11-16, 23-24, 27-28 New International Version (NIV)
8 The Holy Spirit was showing by this that the way into the Most Holy Place had not yet been disclosed as long as the first tabernacle was still functioning...
11 But when Christ came as high priest of the good things that are now already here, he went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not made with human hands, that is to say, is not a part of this creation.
12 He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, thus obtaining eternal redemption.
14 How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!
15 For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.
16 In the case of a will, it is necessary to prove the death of the one who made it...
23 It was necessary, then, for the copies of the heavenly things to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. 24 For Christ did not enter a sanctuary made with human hands that was only a copy of the true one; he entered heaven itself, now to appear for us in God’s presence...
27 Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, 28 so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
Hebrews 13:20 New International Version (NIV)
Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep...
Hebrews 10:5, 7, 10 New International Version (NIV)
5 Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said: “Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me...
7 Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll—I have come to do your will, my God.’”...
10 And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
